The 2026 Miracles on the Bay Gala in San Francisco was a RECORD-BREAKING Success!

Every year, the St. Jude Miracles on the Bay Gala is an evening of inspiration and fundraising for St. Jude. This year was my second time speaking at the event. I shared my St. Jude fundraising journey and how it has fueled a childhood and young adulthood of purpose and meaning. I told my story through some of the incredible patients and families I’ve had the privilege of knowing, including Liv, who lost her battle with cancer just before I started college, and whose legacy continues to drive my work for St. Jude and as part of an oncology-focused venture capital firm.

I loved having friends from childhood, college, and work there supporting me, as well as my parents and grandparents. Many of these families have been affected by cancer, so the cause is personal. The event raised $1.6M for St. Jude. I’m still working toward my personal fundraising goal of $1M, and I won’t stop until I get there.
