PENNY PROJECT AND YOUNG SOCCER PLAYERS JUGGLING FOR A CAUSE
After returning home from studying abroad in Spain, I feel so empowered to be back, juggling with the next generation of do-gooders and philanthropists, spreading awareness that giving back has no age limit.
This past week, I got to juggle with a local group of budding soccer stars in Mill Valley who are all working super hard on their juggling skills and doing it for a good cause! In addition to sharing my pro juggling tips, we talked about the importance of juggling for a greater purpose. I told them about my story with St. Jude and how I used my soccer juggling to give back. It's so inspiring to see so many young girls willing to listen and learn about this cause and find ways to give back using their skills.
Next was the annual Penny Project, put on by the incredible Kierra Scalercio, bringing young soccer players together to juggle for 30 minutes and raise money for St. Jude. This year, Gather Academy, a nonprofit providing quality soccer training and teaching important life lessons across the Bay Area, rallied their soccer stars to participate. I’m so proud of these young jugglers and their commitment to using their skills for a greater purpose.
HUGE shoutout to all these young players and their supporters who donated to Juggling for Jude in my pursuit of $1M! In the spirit of this holiday season, you can help me get there by donating today!
